To assure program listing, patron information must be submitted by September 28 at 5:00 pm.  

All tickets must be purchased by September 28.

Tables of eight will automatically be seated together if the names of your guests are listed on the registration form. 
Fewer than eight, we will make every effort to seat together as space permits.

Tickets will be distributed at the BBQ Buffet.
