Featured Guest: Peregrine Honig
At this year's event we are joined by artist and entrepreneur, Peregrine Honig discussing the effects technology has and continues to make on art, media and audience. A 2010 finalist on Bravo TV's "Work of Art", Honig's work is included in the permanent collections of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington DC; the Whitney Museum of American Art, NY; and many other galleries across the country. In Kansas City she is the owner of Fahrenheit, an alternative exhibition space, and Birdies, an independent lingerie boutique. Members: $35 in advance, $40 at the door
Guests: $45 in advance, $50 at the door
Raffle Ticket: One raffle ticket is included in the price of admission. Additional tickets are $10 each and can be purchased here or at the event. The winner will be announced at the event and will receive a copy of Honig's "Widow," a limited-edition magazine valued at $700 presenting her work and aesthetic.
