Fellow Roos,
Welcome to the UMKC Alumni Association. It’s an honor to represent the more than 140,000 graduates of this university.
I’ve spent most of my 36-year career in Kansas City, where I am currently the SVP/Kansas City Private Wealth Market Executive with BOK Financial. BOK Financial is a $50 billion regional bank operating in eight states including Missouri and Kansas. I know how valuable UMKC is to the region both as a graduate of the Bloch School and as someone involved in the business and civic community in Kansas City. In fact, my course work in Finance (Dr. Brian Belt) while obtaining my MBA changed the direction of my career in such a powerful way.
We’ve been so fortunate to have strong leadership at UMKC’s helm, and under Chancellor Agrawal the pride in what this university means to the city and state has continued to grow. The UMKC brand is strong, and the momentum around our alma mater is palpable. It’s a really great time to be a Roo!
As a graduate of UMKC, you are automatically a member of the Alumni Association. There are no annual dues, but you are invited to support UMKC by upgrading your membership. Annually donating $50 or more to any scholarship, program, or school at UMKC makes you a Contributing Member of the Alumni Association. A donation of $1,000 or more to the Lifetime Member Fund, provides you with Contributing Member benefits for life and helps to sustain the Alumni Association and activities.
